Individual Name registration

1) All machine applications accept only Individual Name as applicant for order application.

 

2) There are allow apply Change from Individual Name to Company Name after one month of the registration done.

 

3) Name change Fee is HK$500.

 

4) Name change Fee could be exempted in case the following documents submit within one month of the order registration:

a) Name change application form (as attached);

b) Photo Identity Card or Passport copy of the Owner/Applicant;

c) Business Registration Certificate copy;

d) Proof of Correspondence address;

Reminder: Individual limited to Three IDs; Company name limited to Five IDs (include owner’s Individual IDs).
