2014 New Regulations & Adjusment

The following new regulations and adjustment effective on 1st Jan. 2014
1 For Distributor Registration need to sign back New Distributor Training Notice(attached file), purchase Starter Kit HK$100.
2 If Distributor would like to register company name, they must register personal name, with their company A.R., B.R., bank information and Distributor Information Change Form (attached file) together. If require name change separately charge handling fee HK$500.
3 Personal Name Change only accept for a directly-related member of one's and please provide the official document, residential proof of address, Purchase Order & Distributor Agreement.
4 When apply Registration Change(attached file) need to fill up HK Product Order Form & Distributor Agreement, provide ID/ Passport copy. Handling fee HK$500.
5 Termination of Distributor Agreement handling fee HK$500
6 Repair fee adjustment.
